Our modules are produced in Zytech Solar's China Plant. The production and the modules are multiply certified, which guarantees the high quality and long-term energy utilization of the Zytech modules.

+ Automatic welding of cells
   The solar cells strings are fully automatized welded with some of the world's best equipment.

+ Laminating
    The individual module components are sealed into a waterproof, weather resistant unit using a
    temperature-pressure lamination process and then equipped with a reverse-polarity protected
    plug system and a robust frame. The machinery is entirelly imported from Japan/USA.

+ Quality and performance testing
    Quality and performance testing of every individual solar module guarantees a high-yield solar
    power system. The TUV regularly checks the accuracy of the measurement.

+ Production expertise
    In-line QA/QC, with feedback control: The best QA/QC processes in the industry, utilizing the
    best technologies such as computer vision inspection and the optima control systems such as
    rule-based systems.

+ Quality control of incoming raw materials
